The Mission of DownState Electric is to help our clients accomplish thier goals with the highest quality and the lowest cost possible. Every dission we make dirives from that mission. We accomplish high quality work by following the NEC (National Electric Code) and installing to those standards or better. We accomplish the lowest cost by only doing what you need to attain your goal, no more, no less. Where possible we use non-proprietary hardware (brand independent) so that your systems are "future proof". Each peice of a non-proprietary system is replaceable and upgradable despite the manufacturer.

Relationship Focused

We believe building strong relationships is one of the most vital and important part of our business. Most of our clients become friends of the staff. Its hard not to after you realize we want the absolute best for you. Give us a try and you wont be dissapointed.

Everybody thinks differently

People are People, we do not do everything the same way. Even the way we think about what makes a project good once complete is differnt.

I had a business mentor once tell me about this Venn diagram. He said<"Quality, cost, speed, choose 2. The middle area is impossible." It shows the relationship between what you want and what you can accomplish. Sure, everyone wants to say thier business is the perfect mixture of quality cost and speed. But that is an opinion and a falacy. Here at DownState Electric our mindest is on cost and quality.
